As for the shield emblem: First a made myself a pattern out of thick paper. The I bought 2 sheets of heat shrink film (1 grey matte & 1 black & shiny -“Heat shrink film” is what Leo.org gave me as a translation, I hope it’s correct. It’s some kind of foil that you can cut and iron on your fabric) and I copied the pattern on it. Then I just cut out the grey circel and the Black parts of the emblem, carefully placed them on my sleeves (before sewing them onto the suit) and ironed the pattern onto the fabric. :)

As for the different parts: I cut out one grey full circle, one slightly bigger black circle witht the middle part cut out and the black emblem consisted of 8 parts x)
